The MU campus is around 25 kilometers from the center of Dublin. The institution is divided into two connected campuses: an ancient southern campus with structures from the nineteenth century and a modern northern campus.

    International students from more than 100 countries are eligible for admission to Maynooth University's numerous undergraduate and graduate programs. With around 11,500 undergraduate and 2,465 graduate students, the university has a total enrolment of 15,180 students. The remaining 165 students are engaged in PhD programs, while approximately 1,100 are pursuing other academic interests. Twice a year, in the fall and spring, applications are invited for admission to Maynooth University. For postgraduate admissions at Maynooth University, there is an application cost of 50 EUR. While undergraduate admissions call for a non-refundable cost of 30 EUR.

    Maynooth University Admission: Selection Criteria 

    Since admissions to Maynooth University are only moderately selective, the acceptance rate is 73%. This suggests that students with strong academic records are more likely to be accepted during the admissions process. However, those meeting the minimal eligibility requirements may get a conditional offer or be on a waiting list. In order to determine whether a student is a good fit for the course, the university may also ask them for an interview.

    A rolling acceptance email will be delivered to your email id. Within four weeks of applying, candidates should hear about admission. The application processing will be delayed if the supporting documents are not submitted on time. For the program they have applied for, selected candidates will need to pay a security deposit of 200 EUR. The deposit is subtracted from your program's total cost. Maynooth University Scholarships

Maynooth University offers a variety of scholarships to qualified international students.

Undergraduate students are eligible to apply for athletic and academic scholarships. Students' expenses for participating in sports are covered by sports scholarships. The purpose of these athletic scholarships is to lessen the amount of part-time labor that students must do to cover their fees.

These scholarships are open to undergraduate and graduate students who are capable of achieving peak performance at the national, international, intercounty, and interprovincial levels. Every year, by early April, students who want to be considered for these scholarships must submit their applications. Additionally, Maynooth University provides students with department-specific scholarships.

The university also offers undergraduate scholarships to students with disabilities and financial issues. This scholarship has a yearly maximum of EUR 2,000 and is only available to undergraduate students.
