Eligibility Criteria
The candidate who wants to pursue B.Tech education should have passed their higher secondary certificate or he should be 12th pass.
The passing percentage for a 12th pass should be 50%& above.

MH-CET Entrance Exam
MHT-CET is a mandatory entrance exam required for admission in B.Tech Course. The exam is conducted by Government of Maharashtra. It is the state level entrance test required for the first-year admission in B.Tech course.
MH-CET - Examination Pattern
A test will be carried out by Computer-based Test (CBT).
The exam consists of 3 question papers with a duration of one and a half hours.
Exam paper will be of 100 marks each. No negative marking will be there.
The candidate needs to appear for both papers Physics-Chemistry and Mathematics.
Mock tests are conducted for candidates to understand the basic pattern of CET entrance exam.
The registration fee for enrolling MHT-CET entrance exam is 800 for general category students and 600 for reserved category students.

Eligibility Criteria: For MHT-CET Entrance Exam
The candidate should be an Indian national.
Candidate must be 10+2 passed from the recognized board/university with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics subjects.
Candidate needs to have an aggregate of minimum 50% in 12th standard for general category students (45% for reserved category students).
Types of Candidates:
Type A
Candidate having domicile of Maharashtra state. Candidates completing SSC/HSC/Bachelor of
Science courses from a recognized institution of Maharashtra state.
Type B
A candidate who does not belong to type A but the nominee( Mother/Father) havine the domicile of Maharashtra state.
Type C
A candidate who does not belong to type A or type B but whose
Father/Mother is an employee of Government of India.
Type D
A candidate who does not belong to type A, type B & type C but whose Father/Mother
is a retired employee of Government of Maharashtra.
Type E
A candidate who completed 12th examination from recognizing institution located on
Maharashtra Karnataka Border area.
All India Candidate Candidate having an Indian nationality are applicable under this category.
Minority candidate Candidate belonging to minority cast notify by the government of Maharashtra are eligible for this category. Jammu & Kashmir(J&K) Migrant Candidate
The candidates who are displaced from Jammu & Kashmir to any other part of India. The candidates whose Father/Mother are IAS/IPS/IFS officers.
